Just a quick update. As of Monday, the boiler house, Aldrich Library, and May Friend Bennett Chapel are no more. All that remains are giant piles of rubble.
Also, in the mayor's last newsletter, I discovered that they finally created a website for the park project. It has some useful information, including a semi-updated timeline.
Yeah. Moved on. But miss so much.
Got the books. Looked for more, another - not yet?
May all be well is the wish.
Love to You all, dear friends. It was fun while it lasted. Many years.

Now looking back: - Two Worst Years In My Life = is a fact.
Wonder where all are; and how all is going. Miss so much,, my heart aches.
May You all be well is the daily wish.
Motts, I saw something similar while solo exploring Dever about 10 years ago. I walked into a pitch black bathroom, and someone strung up a Annie (CPR) doll from a noose, fully clothed. I almost called it a day after that but ran into some other photographers. It was creepy, even for someone who's been exploring for many years..
I went here to school, chapel, and camp throughout a 3 year timeframe ('81-'84), attended Camp Salesian, learned to swim, remember 'The Hike with Father Mike, fishing & frogging, even our boating song.

I enjoyed everything about my attendance here, and am appalled that this building I am seriously attached to is going to be Destroyed, You people Waste History!
