I think so. I visited a year or two ago, and almost had to wait in line for other people to get out of the way, as it was crawling with photographers.

No, the fire house, power plant, and Corcoran buildings have been demolished. The Sunburst Building and other structures do remain however, some have been refurbished and used as a college.

These photos were taken in the oldest part of the hospital, a neo-classical building constructed in the mid-1800s. It was behind a very tall black fence on the north side of the campus. Not sure when you were last there, but the building was mostly torn down in 2009; there's just a grassy field back there now.

Yes there's a newer entrance to the cemetery further down on Kingseeing Ave, and the cemetery is cut in two with a public road where one can just walk onto the grounds.

Evidence seems to point to recurring floods inside the building, but I've only been inside twice.

Thanks! All of these places have had a way inside that didn't require breaking anything... it's usually just a matter of finding that spot without getting busted.

Yeah it can be pretty shady over there; I would definitely recommend going with a group of several people.

That's entirely up to you - whatever risks you're willing to take to do it!
