Hey I have to jibe with you all, this does appear to be a stellar place, I suppose that they should consider fixing it. Does anyone seem to have any sort of pictures from the interior part? You can e-mail me at escarizlissette@yahoo.com

Myriad of thanks to you all

Hi, Sad for childhood ~
This is from a closed nursery rhyme and fairytale theme park. This is a picture of Mt. Vesuvius which you would walk up and then slide down a 65 foot slide.
I think there was also a diorama of Aladdin and a genie in a lamp that you would see as you walked up it.
The boat known as Little Toot would ride people around and through that tunnel in the mountain. (This boat wound up in a private collection, and is going to be donated to Clark's farm, who is trying to save as much of this park as possible for future generations. They just need to get something to bring the boat over in. But at least it has been saved! : )

So maybe the ride that you're remembering is still around. Unfortunately, for this place, this is one mountain that will never be climbed again as an opened attraction. : (

my mother worked here for many years, it was her first job and she worked till it was closed, but she always took us here and i've always loved it.
i'm wondering though since i have seen the no trspassing signs which were never there before, is there a very high risk of getting caught if you go?, because now that i'm older i've been itching to go

Hospital beds always look very lonely, and empty... but this tops them all. I get a definite feeling that this was left behind. I know everything was, but this... I dunno. I feel bad for it.
