Was this the same place of the other picture of the auditorium where there was vandalism saying "Poets, but not much poetry?

actually Big Ed we use a 18 gauge needle suction like a vacutainer needle to extract the urine from the cup directly into the tube:-) you put the straw in the cup and attatch the urine tube onto the needle and hokus pokus its in the tube.

Just a thought, but shouldn't human plasma not work with rats. perhaps thats why they weren't able to perform as they previously had? But my knowledge of medicine is next to nothing, so I could be totaly wrong

I've herd something similar to what Maggy said. One of my cowokers told me that it has to do with the color wheel, and basically the color of blood sits opposite that green/tiel color, and acts subdue the color of blood I guess is the best way to put it.

Sorry, but I'm just sick to death of you people who never bothered to learn proper english/spelling in school! It's TORTUROUS, derived from the word 'torture'. You're (not 'your', by the way) confusing it with torch (fire), hence the snark from Lynne. (good job, girlie :)) Also, PLEASE stop putting apostrophes in everything with an 'S'!!!! His name is MOTTS, not Mott's! (mott IS?) Oh, sorry, just one more... It is 'could HAVE", 'should HAVE', etc., NOT 'should OF'!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think about it!

Now, on topic--- I've not commented before here, but I have to give monster-sized kudos to Motts on his awesomeness with the camera, Lynne for her insights and compassion, and a few others for just being cool. :) I really can't believe how these wonderful pieces of history are just being chucked out with the trash---all in worship of $$$.

I don't think I ever ran faster as a child than when in these tunnels. I couldn't wait to go down the slide "one more time" before going home.

How sad to see Mt. Vesuvius this way. When I was young, it seemed sooo big... And Mr Toot (was that the name?) the boat that took you out there. I burned my thigh on one of those slides, and I still wanted to go back for more!

Wow. I have a photo of myself, my brother, two cousins and our grandmother (now deceased) standing in this very spot. Kinda depressing now, but you're right - those bricks look exactly like they did thirty-four years ago. Still kinda creepy now, but thanks for the shot!

Thanks for the pics - pity about the downfall of this place. I remember it as the only theme park my family could afford when I was eight. I didn't even get to WDW until I was almost 30, and I still have fond memories of looking through the "tree" at Alice hanging in mid-fall... and I couldn't wait to get into a teacup and ride into the tunnel so I could look up and see Alice above me. Makes me think that's where my interest in caving began... Thanks!
