Depression

This place is such a challenge to photograph; all the walls are flesh-colored tile covered in graffiti, and where there isn't any, they reflect light in harsh glares, ruining some photos. But this asylum looks so much like an industrial slaughterhouse, and I really wanted to try and capture that aspect this time.

About two hours in, my camera dropped on the concrete floor. It cracked the filter I had on and also bent the threaded portion in, sealing it on the end of the lens. It bummed me out pretty bad, but hanging out and just listening to the water drip helped get it off my mind for the time being.
