Goodbye sad lonely chair.....does this place still stand or is it long gone by now, Motts?? Either way great job on the pictures as usual. Its strange that a used building is close to it. I wonder why they either don't use it or get rid of it? How sad really. If its cost effective maybe they'll re-use it but it sounds as if its been abandoned for some what 30yrs now.....It would propably cost too much $$ to repair now. Sad really....how sad. Yes patient or employees would be nice to hear from if possible.....Thanks again Motts!! : )

As I stated in the previous picture....these records should've been destroyed. Its really a disgrace that any records or patient info was left behind period. Today it should not happen but yet it still does. It is wrong!!!!!

I work with Medical records...Legally, Drs etc are to keep patient records for 7 years. If they are not going to keep them they either should be stored properly or destroyed properly. It is against the law to leave patient records for all to see. They should be burned or shredded not left in old buildings for people to find them. I think its wrong. I don't care if its 100 yrs ago or yesterday. If it was your records would you want 'all the world to see'?? Just think about that. Its wrong...period. Hospitals etc can be fined lots of $$ if records are not destroyed of in the correct manner. Even with records going on computers I don't ever see this being a paperless country. I actually think theres more paper being used. Anyway, old records need to be disposed of in the proper manner period. No expections period!!!!! IMO

why would u choose this place to vandal you should pick a crappy place with a lot of people rather than a cool place with almost no people

I'm amazed that hasn't gone through the floor and into the basement. Most of the floors don't look solid enough to hold a person, let alone a 400lbs(ish) cast iron tub.

Since Andy was so nice to share some of the previous photos of this place....on the Terrace's it must have been so beautiful back in the day. I can just see patients sitting in chairs up there looking out at the beautiful landscape....it looks so depressing now. Not very beautiful anymore.......
