We lived a couple of miles from this place in 1995 we had a good look round was in much better condition some rooms were like walking into the past. We found a medicine room with medicines still there but crystalized. The mosaic on the entrance was covered over in black tape. We found false limbs in a service lift. And chest xrays in the staff rooms some doors were locked but we found a board with keys hung up and tried them on some doors and got into a few we must have been the first people to look in for years and years.

I love your site! All the buildings are intriguing, and your photos are awesome! Have you ever felt a presence at these places? Im sure the Ghost Adventures guy, Zack Bagans would love to explore. Thank you for creating this site. I've enjoyed it a lot.

I'd love to see this as a resort . When i was there last ,it was
imaculate , and beautiful at every turn .. grand place..

This is one unique building, the squareness of the main building & the round curves of the solarium make it one interesting design.

sadly enough, this one is being demolished/reconverted too.

Motts, were the windows on the curved portion of this room also curved? The actual panes of glass? Just curious. This building is outstanding, great pics!

Nice piece of artwork. Vaguely reminiscent of an H.R. Giger piece or the cover art on Too Dark Park.
