Yes, and everyone wants 'free healthcare.' The state-run mental health system should tell you something about how government-run healthcare is going to work. More hospital closures, probably doctor and drug shortages, and they'll be going back to more lockdown procedures instead of meds to placate violent patients. I bet these old abandoned places will be up and running then in order to house the influx of patients. Sheesh.

Unfortunately a place like this can't survive anymore, because kids can't seem to enjoy anything that isn't battery operated, play music, light up or essentially do all the playing for you. As a parent, I try to stay awake from toys like that as much as possible, so I bet my kids would have loved a place like this.
