That box on the left with the tubes is a big pad mount step down transformer used to take primary voltage and step it down to lower voltages.

So me and my friend snuck into this place and it definatley was creepy...we had flashlights and explored only one wing of the hospital because all the doors were chained shut and locked.. this place is a disaster many of kids trashed the place but other then that al the original hospital beds and chairs and curtains are all there its creepy...when me and my friends were exploring we were constantly hearing noises......whispering....loud banging and crashing noises...there was an old elevator shaft with no elevator even in it and when me and my friend walked by we heard a loud crash as if someone threw a metal folding chair down the elevator. theres like 3 wings to this place me and my friend explored one side and all 8 floors and the other side was no access at all we found are way to the basement where they had hundreds of specimens and rat lungs contained in viles....pretty disturbing but other then that the entire place is radioactive..theres asbestos everywhere and very high amounts of cancer and diseases lingering around everywhere...but that's what makes this place interesting....If anyones looking for a thrill efinatley grab some friends and take a hike in this place because its fucking creepy and really interesting

speaking of bruno, my grandfather worked at letchworth and would always hide bruno's steering wheel. my grandfather told me about bruno around 4 years ago and i thought it was all a lie but it turns out that my current girlfriend's father would help bruno find his lost wheel after my grandfather had hidden it. oddly the two men did not know of one another.
Bruno has also been quoted saying, "wanna see my new wheels?" reffering to a new steering wheel

every single picture i see, throws me in the moment, even the ones in black and white cause me to see them in full color, your pictures truly inspire me

I wouldnt be suprised if it was actualy Betadyne. Betadyne looks exactly like blood in small tubes or plastic containers ( I've handled it and cleaned it up many times in the hospital wher I work ) and they poured it on there to scare who ever came along next.

Excelsior would be the technical name of the "straw". Years ago, everything that was shipped was packed in Excelsior. Remember the leg lamp from A Christmas Story? Inside that crate was a ton of Excelsior.
