I can just see myself in this oppressive darkness, cold to the bone, desperately trying to stay in the light as the not-men rise up to whisper psychotic endearments to me through their borrowed mouths of shattered bone and clotted hair..
In it's day, there was a ceiling where the light now pours into this main room of Cinderella's Castle. (The ceiling was the floor of the third floor of this structure.) You would have seen a beautiful chandelier hanging in this spot . but like Ladyhawke said, due to arson, the chandelier, and the ceiling from which it hung ,were destroyed. Also directly above, at what would be the top, or third floor of Cinderella's Castle, sat a small house where the "happily ever after " scene could be found...this little building was also destroyed int the fire.
(Great shot of the second floor and the third floor of this structure in the John Water's movie, "Cry Baby" with Johnny Depp )
ive been to building 93 yesterday and after getting out, a mental health security guard saw us walking around the premises. he asked us if we had cameras but we didnt have any. He told us that the state is selling the land for $5 million dollars to anyone who wants it. He also said that those buyers have to clean it up...
great shot. i am so intrigued by this place. i'm from wappingers, not to far from millbrook. has anyone tried to offer the mean old man money for a tour?
The blurryness of the background in this pic struck me first...
It's like you yourself are on the gurney, and dying. Your eyes are slowly closing, and everything around you is becoming blurry as you slip out of consciousness.
I HAD AN EMPHINANY!! Excuse my spelling by the way but I'm too lazy to look it up.
Since all the water stuff was in there, maybe, it was used as a sort of washing place, and youd but your head through the hole so it wouldn't get wet. And I know its not generally your typical bathtub, but come on. It has lots of other wet equpment.
Or, Or it could be...
A laundry thing. Put the pile on the "head" end, and the person would reach through grab it, fold it, place it on the other end....ect....
second time to this site. cool pics in the tour. Radical Ed Im new to this but have you guys ever found areas or rooms or other things that nobody knew was there? hidden stuff like not on the blueprints ?
