All I can picture is that tower collapsing upon itself, sadly it may happen in my lifetime. It would be the end of a legend

From that Clock tower you have the best view of the entire City of Worcester. I'm glad you brought one of the greatest architechtual feats in Massachusetts to this site Bravo!
Sounds like you (Mr.Ratchet) are quite an authority on the old Bennett College. I am the brother of another person who has contacted you (flswan63@earthlink.net) and the son of the man she spoke of who was the head of the heating plant, maintenance, etc. I would like to hear more about what is going on with the old place, put a lot of hours in there, used to live in the Bennett's houses they used to own up on Oak Summit Rd. Have since moved to Fl. and curious about what the powers that be (most are people I went to school with in Millbrook) have allowed to happen there. E-mail: croosa@cfl.rr.com

The boards on the windows are painted black with shades painted on them, to look like the window isn't boarded up.

This shot and the next one are my favorites of this gallery. I've been reading a lot of HP Lovecraft recently and this gallery eerily reminds me of his stories. These shots are very mature and elegant and add your distinct personal style, whereas someone else might be more sensationalist and disrepectful simply because they are in the presence of corpses. They're beautiful.
