Alex J man, I hate to say this but your kind of wrong. I heard some people were going to make a documentary on this place. When they got there, all this paranormal stuff started to happen. You can read about it and watch it on this website.

Just do a simple GOOGLE search. Just type in Haunted Buffalo Asylum Video. If you get to the website you'll read some info and you can watch the video for a cheap price.

I do not reveal entry information on this website, but thank you for the kind words. I haven't heard much about the WSH cemetery, sounds interesting...

I heard the parks department purchased the property, so it might be around for a little longer.

yeah this is prob my favorite part of pilgrim my sister is going to school at suffolk county community college and i was in the car and on the way back this caught my eye i have yet to be in this one but ive been in alot of the kppc buildings
It would be beautiful to have it back. But u won't see real limestone walls and window frames. That would b too time consuming and therefore costly. What they do now is use plaster and different manmade products to give the look but it is not even close in quality.
I believe that it is marble either carrera, or volakas, one of the white marbles for sure. there is so much work involved in the edge detail and cutting of stone. It is beautiful!
