I live in a town just next to Norwich and I know a few people who actually worked there and two who were in fact 'residents' there. My great aunt was placed there by my very cruel grandfather when she came over from Poland in the 30s (maybe earlier) because she couldn't speak English and he passed her off as a sociopath...his own sister! The stories I've heard about the 'residents' at this hospital were just as troubling as the extreme mistreatment of them. Friends go in there every year on Halloween to explore the tunnels and cell areas for a few thrills...who knows, with all the tortured souls that endured years there maybe a few are still lingering...but....who knows for sure?!
