My wives sister is at the home for little wanderers. The living conditions are much better but the system is the same. They drug her up and keep asking the same stuff over and over again untill they get the answer they want. Still so sad
Thanks for that facinating story alisha! I wish all these sad stories were not true, but alas, we can not deny them. BTW, did you ever see the episode of Ghost Adventers where they do a paranormal investigation of Pennhurst?
It's like the building has its own little cloud.
This place is in terrible shape. Yet, if I close my eyes and try real hard, I can just see the grandeur it once possessed.

We have an Enchanted Forest; it's been around forever. Even when I was little it was ancient! our EF is right between a little town and a city, so it's pretty common for young adults my age to get summer jobs at that place... It's like something out of a weird dream. And it smells like it's been around for a good long while.
