I drove through the condos every day after work this past summer. The Admin building that still stands is literally falling down into its foundation. There were more bricks laying around there every single day. Even the boards covering the windows and doors were crumbling from time and vandals. Even worse, someone took a sledgehammer to the bricks around the cornerstone to get at the time capsule the founder put in the hollow granite block. Who knows what kind of historical treasure was there. There's a huge gaping hole around it. You can look right into the foundation and see the steel and concrete.

I have been here it was about a year ago, the smoke stacks were still up at the time. It was awesome to explore. We went in through a window and it brought you into a large room predominatel empty. Then we headed to a courtyard into a smaller building . The ffloors were covered all with thick piles of printer paper, all with writing on it. Then out another window that led you to a roof, which we climbed a ladder to another roof. Then we hoped a sketchy ass gap then we went into the main large center building. And that is all full of rickety scaffolding that was creacking the whole walk. Wasn't safe at all, the scaffolding led us to the roof, there was an actual tree growing on the roof haha. We also saw the big burner and shoot that the coal fell through. Awesome place glad I got to explore it. Tryed to go back but cops are taking license numbers down, car vins, and plate numbers. If you return on sight. You will be arrested .

There's a bit of dirt smudged on my computer screen. For a second, I thought the dirt smudge was a ghost face in the dark doorway.

Husband Uncle worked at Clinton Valley as a nurse, retired from there. My Husbands brother spend some time in that hospital to. Didn't like visiting there at all, can't imagine living there for any length of time. I am trying to find any info on TB Hospital in Waterford, MI that is now OCC College, Highland campus. My Husband other Grandfather spend years in there, before they found a cure for TB

Well that doesnt make sense. If motts shot these in '05 and it was disassembled in '96 I don't think we'd be looking at a fireplace here.
