T, it is sad that this place could not have used, as another hotel or even a nursing home. For such a grand place to sit & rot away, either by weather or because of vandals, is just sad.

Was just there last night. It's not hard to get in but more difficult to get out. The police are there and they do patrol. You need to be smart and not walk out in the open, near the front windows, or flash your lights around. Don't break anything, take anything, or mess up the area. There is abspestos, lead paint , sharp metal, and the basement is flooded. The underground tunnels (at least one) is blocked up. Be smart and you should be fine.

You can certainly see your enthusiasm in the work you write. The world hopes for even more passionate writers like you who aren't afraid to say how they believe. Always go after your heart.

Il bet those old light ballasts contained PCBs not to mention the caulking

I hope that they removed the power suply for that in older machines they had PCBs in them

i was there today picking up a patient for a medical appointment and i was totally consumed mentally by the remaining buildings i would love to go in there with 1 other person and try and discover some of the dark secrets that linger there any takers :)
