Yeah. I have been in the USAF Auxiliary for about 10 months now, and before we could even talk to any superior officers, we had to take the OPSEC (Operational Security) class and test.
OPSEC is a big thing in the military, any military, British or Canadian.
Hate to disappoint you guys but it is doubtful you have stumbled upon some secret Cold war era James Bondesque laboratory or a former nuke silo/storage area for nukes. A lot of equipmet used by NATO forces contained radioactive material and thus no matter how small the amount or radioactive material warning stickers had to be displayed outside of that storage area. Even something as hum drum as your smoke alarm contains a very small amount of radioactive material and has a warning sticker on it.
I do agree with all of the ideas you've presented in your post. They are really convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are very short for starters. Could you please extend them a bit from next time' Thanks for the post.

Jakob, If you only have an hour a day maixmize the hour. I am in a similar situation, so I go all out on the S&CF portion of each day and give what I can to the endurance portion after only a short break. Not ideal, but realistic. I am a single sport runner, so the cost of this approach is only incurred on Tues. If really pressed for time I skip the Tues run and focus on maximizing the Thursday and weekend runs while still performing the S&CF workouts four days a week. It is about priorities, which is what makes CFE great, though I have to cut short my workouts at times I still get the benefits of the program while leaving much more for my paying job than I did trying to adhere to other programs.
