Same. Especially since I recently lost my cat of 19 years (yes he was older than me) and my aunt just lost her cat of 17 years. And no, they were not locked in file cabinets! I can't imagine how someone could do something so cruel. It makes me cry.

Ah ok, thank you derelict sensation. That would explain the fake blood some pranksters dumped in one of the houses. I suppose all the abandoned houses are where the people that were killed used to live? Oh, do you know when this (in general) this supposedly happened? 10 years ago? 20?

Anyways, how bad is the stench in these places, Motts? I can't imagine what must be growing in the water...

I can understand how some really heavy equipment might be left behind, but its just odd how this stuff was just left up. I really don't know how to explain it, its just...odd.

It just makes me seething mad...sure you'd have to do a little work to save the place...oh my - work! The novel idea!

Apparently there is a Danver's Preservation Fund, I read about it in one of the signatures on the petition (the most recent page as of now). Sorry to get so involved in this, but it really ticks me off how inconsiderate some people are. If I had the money, I'd go around and buy places like this to preserve them!

EEW, EEW, and EEW!!! I can't imagine the stench, and I certainly wouldn't want any of this water getting on me!!!

But besides that, its a very cool shot ; )

Although the chances of it happening are slim to none, still I can't help to wonder what a patient would think if they wandered into one of these areas. I also can't imagine residing in a building connected to something so abandoned. Yet if I wasn't a hospital patient, I might consider it quite nice to be able to go exploring so easy! But It think it would ultimately creep me out.
