It's beautiful, imagine what it looks like buffed and shiny. I'd love for the risers on my stairs at home to be this shallow, damm steps about kill my knees.
Perhaps a storage area or locker room sort of thing, the door there looks like it opens to the outside.
These doorframes remind me of my Junior High doors, which within the year, will also be closed and probably demo'd for some sort of row type housing. The school was built in the 30's and the architecture is awesome.
What was the framed area on the left side of the hall? It looks like a small doorway perhaps? Crawlspace?
I still wanna know what was the title of the book...
Back in grade school, we had "filmstrips" that went with a record, the record "beeped" for the teacher to turn the filmstrip to the next frame.
It's funny, I've been looking for plumbing fixtures to replace the ones in my kitchen and bathroom sinks, and I almost picked ones that looked like these spigots!
They have "practice" mini apartments in many rehab facilities (I'm only familiar with the ones where physical rehab takes place). It helps people get used to everyday living from their new perspective (many times from a wheelchair)
Looks like a quite sturdy piece of equipment.
I noticed the TP on the floor too, was this hallway near the room of bedside commodes?
Looks like an old crank style bed, and the winders are gone.
It sorta does look like Gacy-any way of telling if this is an original to the hospital painting or just more graffitti?
Actually, for a basement, it doesn't look too bad, really.
No one mentioned the lone chair....
What sort of county records? Who runs your county?
