Motts is this room below grade, like a partial basement?

BKW, Goats are a cheap/ eco friendly way to keep the grass and brushy wooded areas half way cleaned up, they will jump UP on anything, as Motts pointed out.

It does look like a buzzer. Motts, you didn't ring it and see who came? It would have been hard for me not to at least push the buzzer and run.. LOL

Tile is pretty resilient. I dive and I dove on the wreck of the RMS Rhone in the British Virgin Islands. The boat went down in 1867 and the tile in the kitchen, black and white checkered was still just shining away at over 100 feet down.. pretty amazing site!

Welcome back Motts! You have been missed. I must say this web site still auto-launches when I log on my computer every day. I diligently checked each morning to see if there was a new gallery. I was pleasantly surprised and excited this morning. I can't wait to view the new pictures. Thanks again! I hope all is well in your world and I'm glad you're going to continue to maintain the website. Many of us live vicariously through your camera lens.. Take care! TJ
Too decent and clean for an abandoned place after 14 years. I guess that the brown stuff on the floor downstairs did the trick - warding off unwanted visitors.
I check in here almost daily for any new galleries and finally you're back - with a new gallery! Hope things went well for you by now. :)

Thanks for another great gallery Mr. Motts. I echo the sentiments of everyone else, you were missed.
Certainly a lot of blue - it's lovely. Seems so clean here.
