I went there a couple times in the 80's. UBER-spooky...and had a blast. The one time I went with a buddy and two girls and we got snagged by Johnny Law. They ended up letting us go as we obviously were not dressed to break into the place (we really were just driving by and turned around in one of the driveways). I was 17 at the time and TERRIFIED! It is one spooky place!
What has always amazed me is that the neighborhoods are nice and just across the street...and the place is totally empty. Very spooky! AWESOME pics!
i was employed at PSH from 1953-60, at Bldg.63, (Staff house) Also lived in the "circle" for a time. pilgrim was such a vastly beautiful place, some of the best days of my life spent there. Recently drove thru grounds and was moved to tears at the disgrace of condition it is in now. It was a wonderful time in my life.
