I'm guessing some person took the sink and sold it on Ebay. Alot of people do this all the time. Building shuts down, people vandalize it, and they steal the "good stuff" and they keep it or sell it at a local shop or online.

Flal you are the coolest person on this site. I better see you at the spring clean up and I will personaly take you around the building. It is very easy to spot me, I'm 15 years old and I'll have a camera on me and I will be in the main concourse taking pictures.

Yea this place is fucked. ive been there a couple times, inside and outside, theres separate buildings around the area if u walk into the woods which is kinda cool also, the inside is really freaky, especially at night. every time im there i wanna leave but i just keep wanting to go back cuz its just such a wierd place. if ur around there and decide to go, the cops are all over that area so be careful!

I know I may be reading too far into it, but my first thought was that the person who drew this may have had a friend who passed away, and maybe this was drawn as a way to comfort herself, saying "don't worry... she's dancing somewhere else now" or something like that.

I can't tell you how many times I stoped and looked at that building, and from time to time taken a photo. I can't tell you how many times I drove by and someone else was looking and taking a photo. In a world of homoginous town centers how exilerating to see a town with enough guts to let it be. If it's ever gone I shall look never again. Millbrook might as well be Yonkers for all I'll care. It shall loose its identity.

I went there a couple weeks ago, in the early morning and took a roll of film (we didn't go inside we just lurked outside) and I just developed it today, and the entire roll is blank... Weeeeirrd..

Wysteria is a type of flowering vine (having grape-like bunches of flowers when in bloom) that you can literally watch grow. I left my truck window down while parked next to a wysteria-covered wall and overnight the vine grew in through the open window and around the steering wheel. This type of vine has been known to split tractors apart and lift out other plants (full grown trees included) as many invasive species have been known to do., so Puddleboy's comment about the vine pulling down the pole is completely within reason.

Went there last night, guys, BE CAREFUL! You know about the cops, you know about the health threats and you want to know about the ghosts, but be aware there are some REAL people there who will not just arrest you or scare the crap out of you. There are junkies there and they will protect their stash by any means necessary. Consider yourself lucky if you've made it in and out of those buildings in one piece as of late.
I love the photos and the stories as much as the next person, but the people there are getting to be enough of a deterent. Nonlethal tasers and pepper spray are your best bet in self-defense if you must go, but I highly recommend NOT going inside at night.

in reference to the "You would think they would cut the power to the abandoned buildings tho...unless they want them to burn down." comment. ironically the administrative building on the top of the hill did burn down, thanks to some hoodlems
