I agree tootuncommon! Motts is clearly dedicated to documenting abandoned buildings before they rot completely or get demolished. He is also an artist. Whether or not he gets paid, or receives money, is irrelevant. He is passionate about his work like so many of us that frequent this awesome site. (continuously!)
Not everything in life is about money.

The glass circles are now missing - If this is the place I'm thinking, there's further stairs going back, on the left and right? I was here in June 2008 and it looked more trashed. Shame really, such beautiful Art Deco should be kept.

I've been in halycon today. It's truely amazing. I heard about the keys from a friend and know I know I'm not the only one whose heard of them. If only I wasn't such a chicken shit. I would love to even go there at night. It's such an amazing place, I cannot get over it. Whoever had something strange and ghostly happen to them in this beautiful place, I would love to hear about them or see some pictures! I'll keep checking up on this post to see if any of you have something for me. It's simply intrigueing.

I've been to this "secret location" a couple times. Me and my friends were too scared to open this the first two or the times we were there. I'm glad to see these great pictures of this great place.

After you turned on the shower you had to wait ten minutes for the water to reach you :)
