I lost a gold cross necklace in there back in 1987,,, if anyone's seen it please let me know :)

I am oddly used to crapping in front of other people and there fore because of it I can crap anywhere.I tried committing suicide with pills, didn't go to the psych ward-my rents and a lawyer prevented it, being I go to a psychiatrist and get medicated. Since I was unable to walk because I had kidney damage, the nurse would also come in with me and observe. I had to shit in what was called a medical hat, where they sorted through the crap and find the pills I injested. O and before they realized the kind of shape I was in, they had me use a bedpan as precaution, so honestly if you used a bedpan and needed help with it, it shouldnt be a big deal.

You get the same kind of electrical control boxes these days too. Some things never change. :)

I bet the slanted baseboards are to help with the casters on the hospital beds. Or something.

I have tourrettes, add, and ocd...*gulp* do you think i would have been sent there if i was born in that time? (another thing, i'm a borderline genius, so thats another reason why they shouldn't send them there) but my grammar skills are lazy and stuff....so bcuz i have speech issues, would i have gotten raped by a staff member or would i have been sent there? O.O o.o O.o o.O thats scary, i would have eventually gone crazy! Hey Letchworth Fans, I was there last sunday and it was extremly beautiful.
I am a photographer myself and I had a lot of fun, after exploring the buildings I came home and i started researching about it.
I think I became a Letchworth Fan, every little detail about this place fascinates me.

I really would like to go there again with other people.
I would really apreciate if someone can send me a Map with all the houses and where the morgue is and the power house and the tunnels, because I missed a lot and I dont know where I can find this places.

If someone wants to show me around or anything this fall on a weekend. It would be highly recomendet.

I heard about u. There was another attempt like that and they put huge screens over all the windows. We couldn't open the window withput the staff opening the screen

Yeah it does seem really large. Wow....all that paint peeling too.....I'm sure this was beautiful back in 'the day'.....can you just think of how busy it was at one time......one can ponder can't one...wow!!They don't build them like that anymore thats for sure.....wow!!! Was the floor wood Motts or title? Its hard to tell with all of the dirt etc on it?? Just wondering.....Thanks!!! :)

Always great to see new galleries up Motts. What a shame these big beautiful buildings are sitting vacant. I do hope they are gonna use or restore some of them. If not what a shame.....It was probably very beautiful back in its heyday. Thanks for the historical pictures too Motts. I wish there where inside historial pictures. Maybe on those web sites you had listed. I'll have to check those out. Can't wait. Thanks so much....now onto the gallery!!!
