Are there any recent pics, Wanderer, Pat, or anyone else? Would be interesting to see some. What sites are they on?
I have a Micromax. They were made in the 1930's. I am looking for another one, and a Speedomax from the same era. If anybody ever comes across one, I will take it.
this place is awesome

I'd lay 10 bucks that same kind of tile is in an old "saloon" in Illinois as my dad used to say. It's in the ladies restroom. When I was a kid, I even saw it being put in. It was fascinating (as a kid)!

Imagine if this place had not been allowed to rot, what a tragic waste. Actually it seems a fitting metaphor for this fucking greed~addled USA.

Fence, huh? Wonder when that started. Who knows what happens Oct. 1? Maybe nothing. Seems that Halcyon is tearing itself down nevertheless. Interesting reading Pat and Wanderer.

I was a tile contractor here in Seattle, anyway I get to a job in Capitol Hill- the gayyest part of this shit-town, and yes, some jack-ass had drawn phallic images on the windows, with shit, and I'm talking 10' high in 2 units, that must have taken a LOT of Taco Bell Chalupa!

Ever heard "In Old Yellowcake" by Rasputina..?
the village has begun to put up a fence around the bennett college property. it will just take longer than they expected, but will probably be done before the stated Oct 1 demo date.

i would still bet any amount of money that nothing is going to happen here oct 1

I´m from Germany too. There´s no reason for us to draw the Hakenkreutz, even in locations like that, for we all hate it and have the deepest respect for those who fell in WWII. I would have suggested a crossed out Hakenkreutz here, that´d be more like us!
