This is when the Morgue wasn't completely F****d with graffiti. So shameful.

Pat "Ratchet", you are the man! I have fond memories of you and your brothers from back in the day. It's good to see someone can still appreciate Halcyon Hall's ghostly beauty, even in its current decomposing state.

Having seen its bowels up close (before it was prohibitively dangerous to do so), I can say it is truly an architectural masterpiece.

I had to leave Millbrook, along with a girl you know, for the west coast.

There's just too much imbalance in Millbrook, and has been for as long as I've been alive, and probably was for generations prior - on the evil side. It's much more obvious when I visit then when I used to live there.

In any event, I consider your family to have been one of the bright spots that can't be extinguished by the entropy that is Millbrook. My best to you and your family; I hope you are all well.
Thank you Mr Motts and to all who posted a comment here :)
I love this photo. It gives the fence a tree bark look, that for one second fooled me into thinking someone took the time to grow trees that way.

It is a great shot & the use of black & white is very nice too. Wallpaper pick from this place, Motts, maybe?

Yep, I agree with Spad. It says "母", which can mean female or mother. But it just doesn't make sense to write this character on the wall. Feels more like vandalism than anything connected to worship. As a Chinese person, I don't understand why that was written on the wall. Were there any other similar markings in the chapel?
Handsome & stately.
Hmmmm...those round objects on the facade; between the fifth & sixth window from the right - what could they possibly be?
Trees so ancient they come crashing down.
Eventful wonderful panorama, many thanks.

Mott, thanks for another gallery. Beautiful.

The beauty of nature overcomes. And when the building is naught but a memory the trees will continue.

Some believe that someday all the works of man will be swallowed in this way.
