Can only imagine being in there at midnight.

It would be nice if there were some photos of it in good shape. A shame
to see it waste away.

Had a few fellows tell me over the years that thorazine was worse than the illness......especially those being weaned off drugs.

Amazing........these people 'respect' their past. If this site were in the USA it would've been torn down years ago probably for a parking lot. Houston is notorious for this......they're about to destroy the Astrodome.

These tombstone photos are being used on current grave sites in Houston, Texas. Give one a more intimate visit with the reposed.

I agree Hank......it IS sad.......but, maybe a loved one pulled it up to have a final 'chat' with the deceased........or to find solace in sitting with them one more time.

If I were to guess I'd say this was in Florida where the heat and moisture would be overwhelming......or maybe some of the Gulf states. Too bad a local TV station couldn't have 'gotten word' of what had happened to this site. Or maybe Vlad the Impaler.

I was thinking that we'd find such a resting place for Howard Hughes in Houston.....but, no........just a well manicured plot with about 7 columns.

I assume that 'The Phantom' wasn't in hiding when you got there.

If I remember correctly there were some British folks who paid a steep price for opening a 'casket' in Egypt.....I think that 'Tut' boy got even for having his tomb disturbed.
But, these pictures are great......enjoyed the tour.....would've loved to have been with you during the find.

.......I forgot to ask.......do you ever feel the urge to 'speak' to those resting there?....it would be so tempting...........but, if you got an answer THEN would be the time to 'catch out'......

Reminds me of the catacombs in the Holy Land.....this one seems to 'kept up' but not overly so. Great tour, thanks.

Ditto on that protective gear.......lots of lead based paints swab these places.
Thanks for the tour.....for many this is their last sight of society. And they have many tales to tell.
