I'm not claustrophobic, but that entrance does get my neck hairs up a little, too...
There surely are some sick people on this planet. Sheesh.
Sorry, upper LEFT.
Is that a PERSON on all fours and covered in brown......cloth?....on the upper right? WEIRD!!!!
This one would fit well with the "writing on the wall" ones from the other recent galleries. Kinda expect there to be someone trapped in a dry well in the next room with a poodle named Precious and some lotion in a basket..... Creepy
....."now if you'll just raise the back of your gown, please......" ...oh wait, did I say that? (8-o .... I hate hospitals.....
Reminds me of hooded eyelids. I love how so many things weren't just build on the 90 degree square back then. Great curves! :-)
Hmmm. Coffee, Coke, AND a coctktail all sound good :-). I'll add my hot tea to the drink list, and sit back with everyone else with the new galleries (raises glass/cup of each to Motts). Thanks for the new pictures, Motts. I agree with everyone else that the new style looks nice. Got some great shots on here. Thanks for all the travel and work it takes to do this, in order to share the "feel" of these places with others. One of these days I won't be so "nvus", because I'll go myself :-).
Ahhh, memories of hours-long college exams.... Looks familiar. Like the B&W for this one.
(Rolling Stones...) "I see a red door and I want to paint it black..."... What an intese color for this kind of place.
Having been looking at these for maybe almost 3 years now (?), I am still continually amazed at the DETAIL that went into these places. It is a crying shame that nothing is built this way anymore :-(. We've become a pre-fab and plain stucco/siding world, folks...sad.
OK, this one is my new dream house...Where do I sign?
Now THAT is beautiful.
(eyes get big).......!!!!!!!! W A N T !!!!!!!!

Wow. I'd LOVE to have this as my back porch (along with everyone else.... :-))
This one feels pleasantly "balanced" to me. Not symetrical, bu balanced. Nice combo of colors, patches of light, curves and straight lines.
