i work for the town of haverstraw and have been into everybuilding up there and the tunnels. the tunnels you can enter in the power house or some buildings including marked manholes or a doubleblast door located across from loadingdock in rear of powerhouse in woods.in the past i have entered the tunnels in woods in haverstraw and exited in stonypoint if anyone does explore bring more than one light and take note of your course because the tunnels branch off and there are many them!
