I just noticed in between the 2 center pillars, it says "Bis Morgen." That translates into until morning. It makes the talk of concentration camps even more sad.

I like how the glass that is there is in shades of green and brown; like the trees and nature outside

It such a shame that the mansion had to be torn down. I grew up in Goshen and passed the mausoleum, mansion and Salesian School every day to go to school. I was recently in Goshen while on leave and visited the grounds. The school and tower were fenced off but the new park they opened on the grounds is lovely.

Wow.
This is amazing photography, but it really scares me just thinking about what horrible things happened in this center.

It's true. The VFW next door act as the caretakers. It's about 70 yards off to the right of the mausoleum. I grew up in the town and passed the mausoleum, VFW, mansion and Salesian school everyday going to school. Truly a beautiful place. They are opening the land up as a park soon.

anybody else see the reclining lady on the wall? Her head is in the corner, and her one hand is up near the heat vent.
