Well the lights are lit, and it was shot inside, so yes I can safely deduct that the lights worked in the building.

The diamond in the center of the guage (at 0 now) is the indicator. The red line is an indicator of some sort or another. Maybe a max power level or something.

This is the second time I've seen light's on in a "abandoned" power plant. Creepy!!

Cool shots. Since I know where this is, I can say the architecture on the outside is really grand.
