i remmeber this when my mom took me there....she used to work at pennhurst and she said this balcony is where a pateint jumped offf the balcony and killed herself while trying to escape.

i go to pennhurst all the time...veyr interesting...yet sad. me and my friends almost got caught by the cops back there but we hid in on of the buildings jus tin time. jus tmake sure your careful! cus there is a navy base back there and they will shoot on guard..there are even signs.

ya freaky....my mom actually used to work at Pennhurst when she was about 18 years. After hearing all the stories about her incounter with people there i was freaked out. i actually found out that she even got abused by the patients there.
