Gorgeous contemporary styling in the angles of the windows. I would have loved to see the stained glass.
Thanks for the "before" pictures, it makes it even more fascinating.

I wonder if the guy who designed this thing put a little too much vino in his cappuccino --? That's really an unpleasant scratch on that indescribably beautiful view.

The view from the top of that tower must be fabulous. Despite my slight fear of heights, I want to climb up there. Considering how long they've been up there, those wires still look taut and ready for business -- or are they trying to pull the tower down? -- bwahahahah

With all the thiings there must have been to look at in this place, you find this incredible little vignette. I can't decide whether that vine is trying to strangle that post, or embrace it. WELL DONE.

Just beautiful. It has a fairy tale quality to it. Uh, would you mind bringing me my cappuccino and a chair up there, please?
This was an amazing gallery - so different. You can't help but feel bad for the people who were driven out of their village for this "dream" that never came to fruition.

The Middle Eastern decor (it DOES look like fabric) doesn't go well with the pine trees.

Amazing.
