More then likely it was other children bullying him. Or they could be implying suicide (a running leap off the roof?).

This picture makes me even more aware of the nowhere-near-a-window cube that I reside in at work everyday. I would rather be hiking along in your photo.

I went to sleep-away camp from the summer of 1962 (?) until the summer of 1970. I have faint memories of the boy that died. i do have great memories of wonderful times during those 7 weeks each summer!

It appears to reflect the shape of the roof along one end. If they had built the hall with normal angles it would have forced them to build a very squared-off roof.

You take beutiful pictures and I love the content! You are extremely fortunate to have gotten to go inside this mansion. I'm a cemetery fan as well so I really enjoyed this one. Thanks!

Hmm ... yeah, I can see that. Sorry ... I wasn't raised in a Christian household. Makes sense to me ... and I'm not offended, so nothing to be sorry for. I was wrong. Forgive my mis-information.
Sorry Serrena, but I have to correct you. Jesus is callled the "lamb of God" not because he was peaceful. (He really wasn't) But Jesus is called the Lamb of God because he was sacrificedas were many lambs were sarificed to God during Bible times.
