I am guessing that the round object may be a light fitting. Although it would seem rather strange that there would only be one. Although if it is indeed a Clock, then that would be a very strange place to have put it.

This hospital seemed a lot nicer and not as ominous as some of the other ones you've visited - it seemed more cheerful and bright, and I liked how a lot of the walls and corridors had wall paper and other decorative touches like the light fixtures, like they wanted to make it a little more home-y. Wonderful work you've done!
