What a beautiful shot, Motts! I really love the colours and the ethereal quality of this one - it looks so otherworldly, like a dreamscape, and that sky is just gorgeous. Reminds me a lot of the Northern Lights.

I'd love to be able to take shots even half as fantastic as this one. Great work, dude! :)

Chalk up another WONDERFUL gallery!!

This place looks like it could be from a horror film, or some fancy private school in movies like "Dead Poet's Society"

Oh captain, my captain!

WOW! thanks, Lynne! you can see a lot in that old shot that is no longer here, ex the tall needle on the very top of the clock tower. how beautiful...
Nice hallway shot, too bad all the lonely chairs are gone.
The clock tower is lovely. I hope they restore that well.

J.R. knows it!

but I can't think of any song for this place. too splendid. in this pic it almost looks as if it is still alive. I can almost see the grime and wear of time just fade away into its former glory... not that it isn't beautiful in near shambles as well!

that begs the question though... any historical pics of this place?

No one knows that song anymore, I am afraid, except the two of us.

The Opened window with the shade pulled is the most interesting part of this picture to me. Why would the window be opened and the shade pulled completely down ......

Yeah Grace, I tried to find it. Wish I could have seen it. I love the crosses on each point on this one. The building with the crosses against the sky, great contrast.
