I'm from Denmark and that lamp in the cieling is actually called "pine-cone". It is as someone stated designed by Poul Henningsen and depending on the age it could be worth as much as $ 25.000 on an auction. They're still being made and a new one that size cost around $ 25-30.000...

So, PLEASE go grab it, someone - in's a BIG shame to see something that beautiful (and valuable) go to waste
In that case, I'd much prefer being catapulted out the window before having an exam on that thing!
