I agree! I like to see that "naturally growing" plant look on buildings. Homes and apartments look so refreshingly natural and pretty with that style of decoration too. But this is a pretty shotb

I agree, time has done this poor building in. It could have been saved-wished they had tried to restore it but some areas just aren't worth investing in I guess
