Amazing colors. Ghostly and beautiful.

For the children. Until about 30 to 35 years ago almost all state developmental centers took in infants and children. Now it takes an act of Congress (or a friend in Congress) to get anyone under 21 admitted to a developmental center.

Wow. When I first saw the picture, I thought it was a walker with a toilet on it - like for someone who walks so slow they can't make it to the bathroom.

The weird thing about that machine is that it has the same pattern on the outside as a sound-proof room has on the inside. Odd.

Ooh, scary police presence secretary. I think I'm going to bust into the old place and have my way. We all know you own it, give everyone a break on the threats. The vandals and the interlopers are going to find way of busting in and your ominious attitude would just give me impetus to break in just to bust your balls.
