I'm wondering why so many mental hospitals were built here in massachusetts? I remember the old Boston State Hospital , it was emormous
but, from what I can recall parts where shut down during the 80's due to funding cuts.

Well, I've seen ghosts before and so far I've had all pleasant expriences but I do have to agree with Gloeon though. Since many of the patients were criminally insane it wouldn't be
a good idea to go looking for ghosts.

My sister had a temp job there when she was in college and said that
she would be typing when all the sudden she would hear screams or pounds noises on the walls. Freaked her out!!

this place is really scary because there is all these ghost and goblins around I'll scream if I see one because I am really scared of all of this because it's really gross

I wouldn't want to go there cause it housed mentaly insane paicents and places like that, that are haunted are the worse to go to cause the ghosts there are still violent so theres a chance that anyone that goes there will be hurt or worse and thats a chance I don't want to take.

I agree Nance. I would think that falling debri would be an ever present danger to tourists. Beautiful and alluring place.
