Oh yeah, I hadn't noticed the mosaic under there for some reason, nice catch. Looks like it was removed to put the electric in then plastered over.

Sorry to hear about the bad stay. I do wonder how often Thorazine was used as a catch-all drug; clearly it helped a lot of people, but of course it cannot work for everyone. Haven't heard about the photo-sensitivity side effect before. Thank you for sharing.

No, it's off limits to the public.

The date of the construction of these homes seems to be largely unknown, however they were originally built for workers of the Newark Water and Reservoir Plant; I'm sure if you dug into the history there you could get to an approximate year.
