I can imagine anybody can find the location of all these places, but do they really want to go there? LOL. Looking at all the photos in this site, and others, it is good to keep in mind the factoid, that your roof is real important. Looking at all the water damage, and rot, it is scary at how in a short time, damage like this can happen to any structure. I wonder how all these places would look, if just the roofs were kept up, all this time.

I'm sure, the place looked good at one time, when it was built. I imagine those pipes near the ceiling are sprinklers put in, when they upgraded the fire code.

They sit you down, put a lead-lined vest on you, and stick a film-slide in your mouth, and have you hold it in place with your teeth. Then they position that deal at where the slide is, tell you to hold still, and go into a booth, and trigger a shot of x-rays for a second or so, and come back for another slide, and repositioning. Benn there, done that. LOL

Yeag, guess so, Lynne. You're right, I know (horse-hair couches, etc...). ...I just...eeww!...still weird to me. Of course, I also think it's rather bizarre that people even today will buy another person's cut-off hair (albeit clean & processed) and attatch it to their OWN head (human hair extensions)......just a little "not-right" to me....but, who am I to say....(shrugs)...:-)..Getting off track, but ..same goes for super-gluing pieces of plastic to your real fingernails.....:-0,,,? the city need to alocate some funds to start diggin these treasurs up and put them in there rightful place and the state for that matter it is the N Y C RR after all its there name for crist sakes!
