Ten bucks says that the alleged "sound proof seal" didn't work too well.

Something about this photo and about the hallway/ward it depicts reminds me of something, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Even though the thought of being in a seclusion ward is horrifying, this touches me somewhere and I can't explain it. I feel like I've been there before, many times.

NMargret or former patient, I think you are fibbing. That is the door to the administrative section of the hospital. It went to offices. ECT was no longer being performed in hospital in 1976. It was being done at Salem Hospital I believe. If you can tell me why they would take a patient to the administrative section of the hospital which led no where patient rellated, and was usually full of people coming and going, how anyone, could get away with beating a patient in a place where there were bound to be a lot of witnesses. I'd really like to hear it If you are going to tell a horror story, you don't have to make it up. Plenty went on there that you don't have to make up.

It was probably used to treat the people who had skin infections where they couldn't go into the light. There ARE such people who can't. They probably had plastic up on the windows back then or something (someone might've stolen it if there was) to diffuse the light and stuff.

I certainly would NOT take the key to room 237.

We got mad activity when we were in there... The morgue trays slammed shut once we left the room, after we made sure know one was around... If you go around the right, youll see an entrance to the basement, and the morgue is down the first hallway on the right.
