I Have just seen the movie session 9 and reconised it from this picture! Some times a photo stays with you, and this one did. I love your work! Iconic and hunting.

well this is the room i worked in, I was a lab tech in the 60's...looks kinda different, but the truth it was weird then and spooky.

While the world of design changes, and things become more simple and modern (square seems to be the trend), I will always appreciate classical architecture and elements. Buildings like this should be treasured and not abandoned.

The color is a bit much, but the details are incredible. The door looks very institutional not unlike an asylum. Its just missing the small square window with safety glass.

Love the "Empire" revival railings. This was probably a very beautiful room, with lots of antique "Williamsburg" furnishings and wing back chairs. I hope they were able to restore this part.

Found that song recently in a box with a bunch of cassette tapes, and a old GE stereo walkman that still turns on! The summer of 1984 will never die.......:)

I just had to comment, though I am over a year too late. I believe this to not be drawn by a child, but an adult. I also believe this to be his version of a demon or devil. The bunny ears, horns, which is why it resembles a human. Most adults who are institutionalized to contribute "child-like" qualities.
