It's somewhat reminiscent of the Silent Hill PS2 game. Deteriorating walls/ceilings, very creepy. That was my first impression.

yes it does look like a figure looking out. May be a curtain hanging there? It's a great photo and that 'figure' is haunting.

i went inide building 35 yesterday and i heard something fall and thena baby cry after that and i just ran crying haha.
