I enjoyed this gallery more than I initially thought I would (I don't like the industry ones as much as the hospitals, usually). But this was definitely a hidden surprise! My grandparents were from Michigan and lived in Detroit at one point, right around when this was being built. Now I wonder if they had ever walked through it too...

nope, the pipes in the corner had to be where they had the radiator, so i enlarged the photo and see small round holes in the tile to the left, for like you said shower or tub, thanx motts,!

That's a shadow of myself, walking through the hallway and shining the light all around me. Since the light never shines on myself, it creates a dark shadow, as the bunker is completely dark.
