OK I think I've managed to get it back up and running temporarily. I'm not really sure what to do about it quite yet, but it might just be too outdated to bring it up to snuff, so everything would need to start on a clean slate here on opacity or elsewhere (facebook?)... thank you for offering to help, but I think I just need to sit down with the site this summer and work on this stuff!
Motts, Is there anything we can do to help with getting the forum running again?. I know a lot of us would surely donate to help keep it up and running if its a matter of needing some cash to fix it or have it fixed. The forum has been a place many of us have made friends and worked through problems, as well as shared our photography. I really hate to hear it might all come to an end....please keep in touch. Sorry, the forum has been on its last legs for some time and it finally bit the dust. I've been working two jobs to eek by and haven't had time to invest in repairing it (if it can even be repaired). I am going to try to get it back up and running at least temporarily so everyone can archive anything they need before it gets removed, but I have no idea when that might happen. I apologize for the problems and uncertainty.
Yes, the groundskeeper was working awfully close to the crypt and I wasn't sure if there was some English law that would nail me to the wall if I got caught in there. The dead people don't bother me much.
