Man, what a shot! Feels like you're right there in the hallway. I can smell the damp air, hear the echo of emptiness............
That is what made me think dental chairs Katy. The thing in the front.
There is a pull coming from each light tho... you can even see the ones on the far side.
The green parts on the upper walls almost look like moss growing.

Ebolavirus, does Zyklon really leave a stain? On victims, too, or just containers it's placed in?
It's an pneumatic valve operator; The big, round part at the top (where the tubing is connected) has a diaphragm inside. Compressed air pressure from a controller pushes on either side of the diaphragm, which moves the stem (silver thing at the bottom of the pic) up & down, opening and closing a valve in the piping below it. Probably regulates steam, I'd say.
