That room was used to strap down kids who acted out according to them,( the orderly) ,the abuse, rape and daily beatings were insane,
Some of the pictures on the walls where painted by a guy who claimed to create Skippy peanut butter or some crap. But, he could paint!
NOBODY would EVER tell the truth about what really happened there!
They would be jailed for life!
God help any orderlies if they are still alive, If I saw one I would run him over. AND the nurses where no better.

the fence isnt barbed... i was in there last night, you're right ben... the place is trashed... but still got the creepy feeling when i wasnt the one with the flashlight... no cops showed up that im aware of but i've been told they are quite serious about it... it was an interesting adventure either way

I find it odd that instead of putting a glass window, they would spot-weld a piece of metal and then randomly drill holes (that are not even in straight lines) into the metal as if they forgot they wouldn't be able to see through unpierced metal. Maybe they were worried the person inside the room would break the glass but I believe they have had unbreakable glass for many many years, including glass with wire embedded in it. And if the person inside the room was so dangerous, then how were they fed? Were they let out to go to a "dining hall", or were they fed by plates slid under the door?

Those long heaters are great to sit on.

This shot is absolutely amazing. From the way you set it up, to the lighting, to the simple beauty and peace it portrays.... one of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen. Wow.

There was a guy , there who tore a cast iron radator from the wall and through it out the window that was bared, then jumped 2nd floor.
he was then left with broken legs, he would stuff has cast with sh-t
all day.

I worked all over this place in the 80s as a pipe insulator the tunnels where hot lots of steam. I recall the people and staff also. we had nick names for some. You had to watch your back all the time it was sad and nerve full. I read , some would like to visit some day WHY?
I had to force myself every day to go to work. THE PLACE WAS LIKE NO OTHER. THIS PLACE LIVES WITH ME EVERY DAY

anyone think of the tons of asbestos and heavy metals these are likely to contain . not to mention the pain,fuel oil and other misc. nasty actors. no one wants to take responsibility for them now and with limited liability there are limits on what could be charged agains these companies for cleam up. I say start a fund a scrap drive and take this resource back full cycle and clean up the enviroment. just think of the mess we are making in our oceams. the gulf oil spill is a wake up call that its not ok to spill make messes and abandone junk in our waters then hold EPA super fund accountable for having not adressed this

I really think they shouldn't be doing that to people that can mentally mess them up and make them an unstable citizen in our society i really think that is a torture method that should be looked at. :(

It's not the blood I think, because the hose is not a part of a suction device but a part of a "shower" used to wash the body so the only thing it can be is rust, because of the water flowing through the hose
