I think that one of the reasons why we fear these people is that unless you know them well they are very unpredictable. And then there are all those psycho murderer movies...

Oh, how nice it would be, see one this old silent movies in this theater now, in this condition it is. Beside a pianoplayer who comment the pictures with his playing, like it use to be in the old days. Oh, that would be very lovely. This shoot is so incredible. THX Motts.

Of course their showers. :-D Ever seen how dusty a coal miner gets? Even when you hold a piece of charcoal for BBQ'ing your hands get black dust on them. Imagine what you would look like at the end of the day. You would not want to get coal dust anywhere on your car, would you? All other things aside, it was pretty cool that they had showers for them as well as changing rooms.

I love how the piano is brought to the viewers' attention by the colours around it, greys, browns, blacks. it really draws out the white of the piano, making the viewer focus and take in the details.

your photographs, in my opinion, give way to many the secrets and stories this building, and many others like it, holds; as well as the imagination. there are so many emotions portrayed in your photographs, they give the viewer a sense of feeling.

you have the ability to bring what is hidden among darkness into the light.

I am glad that you had the opportunity to capture parts of this wondrous building that were later demolished.


In the future, I would love to photograph such buildings myself.
